High rollers

We celebrated 3 birthdays in our family with a Vegas party this weekend. Everyone had a great time.

Roulette was a hit...

And we ended with a little entertainment.

Pumpkin patch

Our annual trip to the pumpkin patch. Logan's first trip was a little more exciting than Carter's, he had his eyes open for a few minutes. Carter as usual had a great time with his family doing the bouncy obstacles, hay maze, straw bale pyramid, and of course picking out his pumpkin. He had to have one he could carry himself and after looking at 30 or so he found the perfect one.

Weekend at WAZZU

We went to watch WSU play USC this weekend. The score was 0 to...well we don't need to talk about that. Definitely the worst game we've ever been to, but the thing about us Coug fans is we are resilient and we know how to tailgate. We had a great weekend.

When we weren't busy watching the Cougs lose we had a lot of fun checking out the bears, big horn sheep, swimming, riding scooters and playing some late night football.

Early Halloween celebration

We celebrated Halloween early. We went to a fall celebration at Suncadia and Carter had a blast riding ponies, a bucking bull, crafts, pumpkin patch and we all enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

We followed up with costumes which Carter turned into the good guys versus bad guys. Carter and Spiderman were the good guys, shooting the cowboys (Daddy and Papa). Luckily Spiderman was able to ride away on Carter's horse.

Papa Fred

Bradys dad came to spend the day with us last Sunday. We decided to go to a few local wineries to enjoy the day and have lunch. We went to Terra Blanca where Papa Fred and Carter fished in the pond. We then went to Hedges and enjoyed the scenery...and ice cream.

Logans trees

When Carter was born we planted two trees in our backyard. We originally wanted one but Shannon wanted a green leaf tree and I wanted a red leaf tree. In the end we compromised bringing home one of each. Now that Logan is here we wanted to plant a tree for him so once again we compromised with two. Logan has a Autumn Blaze maple and a tulip tree.

Canning time

French's orchard is next to our neighborhood. We have, for the past 2 years, gone there in the fall to pick peaches for canning and pies. This year we had a great time taking home almost 40 lbs of peaches.

Cougar game

We went to the WSU vs. Portland State football game in Pullman 2 weeks ago. We took our trailer and tailgated for the weekend with some friends. It was good visiting Pullman again going over all of our old stomping ground of college days. It was also great taking Logan for the first of many more games to come. Oh yeah, the Cougs won.....
